Prime House

For this project, our focus was on capturing the quiet complexity and tactile experience of an architecture that reveals itself gradually within its site. Designed by Samantha Mink in collaboration with Terremoto, the home sits subtly within the Ojai landscape, emerging from its meadow setting through layered spaces that engage ground, sky and surrounding oak. We filmed the interplay of sun, shadow and reflection across concrete planes and pools of water, creating a visual rhythm that mirrors the choreography of the house. The project was filmed using the RED Raptor and RED Komodo paired with Sigma Cine Zooms, with the DJI Mavic 4 Pro providing aerial perspectives that trace the geometry of the form and its seamless relationship to the landscape.
