Fallingwater House

A masterpiece of harmony between architecture and nature

For this project, our aim was to honour one of the world’s most iconic works of architecture — Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater, built in the 1930s deep within the Pennsylvania woodlands. We set out to capture the harmony between structure and nature that made the house revolutionary for its time, filming the way its cantilevered terraces hover over the waterfall and merge with the surrounding forest. The project was filmed using the RED Raptor and RED Komodo paired with Sigma Cine Zooms, drawing on the soft light and natural textures of the site to echo Wright’s philosophy of organic architecture. The DJI Mavic 4 Pro was used to reveal the home’s breathtaking placement above Bear Run, where water, stone and concrete flow together as one continuous form.
